This two-session performance testing experience is designed to evaluate sprint performance and the mechanical factors that
underpin speed, efficiency, and explosiveness. Rather than producing isolated combine numbers, this process focuses on
identifying how performance is being expressed, how consistent it is across sessions, and which constraints are most likely
limiting further improvement.
All testing and interpretation are conducted by a PhD-trained biomechanist with experience working across elite, collegiate, and
developmental athlete populations, ensuring that results are both technically sound and practically interpretable.
